Terms and Conditions

General

Each timepiece is individually made to order and takes up to one week to be completed (or longer in special circumstances if notified). All domestic and international parcels will be dispatched from my workshop through the United States Postal Service and will be insured for their full values. Once a parcel has been mailed, the tracking number will be sent to the owner through an email. Prices shown exclude taxes and import duties and other fees. 

Warranty

A two-year warranty period covers each watch against mechanical issues and does not include damage resulting from misuse (e.g. sudden shock or overwinding). If the watch is mechanically defective during this 2-year period from events not relating to misuse, it will be repaired at no cost to the owner. In the case that a mechanical issue arises and is not covered by warranty, the timepiece can be sent to my workshop for repair. Please note that the owner will be responsible for mailing costs in repairs not covered by warranty. If you experience an issue with your J.S. Returns

As every timepiece is made to order, returns cannot be accepted unless the watch is damaged on arrival. If this happens, the timepiece can be returned or exchanged and the paid amount will be refunded in full. I will cover all shipping costs associated with the return of a damaged watch. Returns need to be in their original state, show no signs of wear, and include the packaging material. Refunds will be issued within seven days of the return being delivered. Privacy

This website hosting service (Wix.com) collects and stores personally identifiable information, payment details, comments, etc. When you conduct a transaction on this website, as part of the process, it collects personal information you enter such as your name, address and email address. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
